<li>Infrastructure in place including Radiology, Anesthesiology, ORs, ortho neuro unit (Magnet Hospital), acute inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, Home Care, long term care</li>
<li>Physician Assistants in place and will continue to be hired as needed</li>
<li>Call is shared with the other group so is very manageable </li>
