  • Seeking a BE/BC Surgeon to develop new Vascular Surgery service line.

  • Responsible for taking call 10 days per month.

  • Join 2 Interventional Cardiologists, 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons; focus on CT cases, 1 vascular surgery

  • Hemodialysis access, endovascular procedures, carotid, diabetic, triple A’s,

  • Vascular ultrasound – PA that works with our Radiology group (Radiology, Pathology, Anesthesia are contracted groups that have exclusive rights to staffing our hospital)

  • In 2017 new hybrid operating room

  • 2015 New patient tower – in 2018 expanded for more patient rooms

  • The need is due to a high diabetic population and the need to provide vascular access.  

The Vascular Surgery department offers:

  • Commitment to excellence: This 307-bed hospital is Certified in Advanced Primary Stroke Center, as recognized by the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association.
  • Advanced technology: Depending on your surgery type, patients may undergo vascular surgery in the dedicated hybrid operating room. Here, surgeons perform minimally invasive surgical procedures using advanced imaging technology.

  • Minimally invasive procedures: Our team uses minimally invasive surgical techniques when possible. 

  • Recovery program: If your doctor recommends it, you may participate in the cardiac rehab program to strengthen heart and body.

  • Full-service surgical center: Our experienced teams use the latest equipment to provide a wide range of surgery services. From complex procedures such as open-heart surgery to minimally invasive hernia procedures.
  • Surgical teams with advanced training: Many of our surgeons and anesthesiologists have fellowship training, which is 1 to 2 years of additional, focused training in their specialty. Other team members, including nurses, anesthetists and technicians, also have additional, specialized training in their fields.

Compensation Details

  • Guaranteed Salary:
    • 0-2 years of experience: $575,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus plan.
    • 3 or More Years of Practice Experience: $600,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus plan
  • Up to $150,000 of school loans forgiven over five years

  • $50,000 sign on bonus, for candidates who do not have school loans, sign on bonus of up to $100,000.
  • Total guaranteed package between $615,000 to $630,000+
  • Up to a $15,000 relocation package
