  • Outpatient/Inpatient
  • Established Practice of 3 Pulmonology/Critical Care Physicians, 7 Critical Care Advanced Practitioners & 1 Critical Care ID Physician
  • 3 RT’s available for spirometry and walking oximetry in the office
  • Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well
  • Great work/life balance
  • Strong IR support
  • Endo lab equipped with Ebus & Robotic Bronchoscope
  • Sleep is desired, but not required
  • Responsibilities
  • Average 12-18 patients per day in clinic
  • Average 8-12 inpatients per day
  • Call 1:5 weeknights & 1:5 weekends
  • Clinic Hours M-F 8am to 4pm
  • MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonology & Critical Care
  • Sleep Medicine Fellowship is desired, but not required
  • Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine and surgery in the State of Illinois
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Compensation Details

  • 2 year salary guarantee with a move to Production. There are bonus opportunities in the first 2 years if you exceed your guarantee earnings with productivity
  • Current Fellows can receive a Residency stipend after you sign, until your start date, while you finish your Fellowship
  • Sign on bonus, plus $5000 CME fund each year

  • Malpractice insurance covered with 100% Tail Coverage after 3 years of service
