• Seeking a BE/BC General Psychiatrist to join "100 Best Places to Work in Health Care"
  
  
• Through its Behavioral Center, Blessing Hospital provides a wide range of inpatient psychiatric and mental health services to a large, underserved regional population of about 350,000 in the Tri-State Area composed of Western Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa. 
  
  
• A new patient care addition opened in May 2015. 
  
  
• This new addition houses the  Behavioral Center which includes Behavioral Medicine Services (BMS), Adult Psychiatric Services (APS) and Child and Adolescent Services (CAS) while new outpatient offices for psychiatrists were completed simultaneously in an adjoining office building. 
  
  
• The Center includes secure facilities for both adults and children which are the only lock-up units in a 100 mile radius.
  
  
• They are all board certified in general psychiatry while some are also certified in areas of sub-specialization. 
  
  
• There are four adult and general and three child and adolescent psychiatrist.
  
  
• All have extremely busy practices, and continued growth in demand makes it desirable to add another generalist, who will help to meet contractual obligations for professional psychiatric services at area mental health agencies, provide telepsychiatry services to outlying facilities, and extend outpatient services.

Compensation Details

• Guaranteed Salary:
  • 0-2 years of experience:  $300,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus plan.
  • 3 or More Years of Practice Experience: $330,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus plan
    
    
• $150,000 of school loans forgiven over five years
  
  
• $50,000 sign on bonus, for candidates who do not have school loans, sign on bonus of up to $100,000.
  
  
• Total guaranteed compensation between $340,000 to $370,000
  
  
• Up to a $15,000 relocation package
