Practice Details

  • Pain Medicine Physician needed for evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with non-procedural pain (i.e., chronic and cancer pain). 
  • Position Requirements: Completed an ACGME accredited Residency training program in Neurology and an ACGME accredited Fellowship training program in Pain Medicine of at least twelve months duration or in lieu of formal Pain Management training, physicians completing these residencies should have spent at least the last two years practicing pain management
  • Current certification in Pain Medicine by the applicable ABMS board.
  • Board certification must be achieved within five years of being admissible to take the exam
  • Applicant must provide documentation of provision of pain medicine services (50 cases) representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous year (waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year).
