Practice Details
- seeking BC/BE Occupational Medicine Physician to join a hospital-employed group in the fast growing city of Huntsville, Alabama.
- Monday – Friday opportunity, no call or weekends
- Occupational Health Experience preferred, or previous Internal Medicine
- Knowledge or interest in DOT, deployment and other company work physicals
- Knowledge or interest in worker's compensation
- Oversee the patient's diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of occupational exposures, illnesses and/or injuries
- Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
- Examines patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment
- Recommend tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition
- Provide medical consultation for vaccine indications, medical exemption reviews, and vaccine reactions
