- Provide general cardiology services to patients in Blackfoot, Idaho and PMG in Pocatello, Idaho (a distance of approximately 20 miles)
- Clinic and call responsibilities split 50/50 between both locations
- Call is 6 shifts per month
- MD or DO
- Board certified/eligible in Cardiology
