  • Actively recruiting for an Internist to join our Peoria IL Senior Health team.
  • This is a full-time employed Physician opportunity to join an established and talented team of Physicians and Advance Practice Providers, working in a collaborative environment focusing on patient-centered care.
  • This position offers incredible work-life balance with a flexible part-time schedule and minimal call handled by phone.
  • We seek a Physician with a passion for Geriatric Patients. You will be part of an engaged and talented team, helping to grow this thriving practice and maintain the high quality and patient satisfaction scores.
  • Nursing home admitter: a very flexible schedule to perform H & P's on patients in 1-2 nursing homes per day
  • Collaborating Physician for multiple Advanced Practice Providers who are very skilled in Nursing Home care/Senior Health
  • Average patients/day: 7
  • Call schedule requirement: <5 days per month including weekends, call handled by phone
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatrics is a plus but not required
  • Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Illinois
  • Eligible to work in the United States; H-1B and Permanent Residency sponsorship available
