  • Seeking enthusiastic BC/BE Urologist who has great clinical and interpersonal skills to join our expanding multi-specialty practice day
  • Join an established Urology Practice
  • 12-16 patients per day
  • The minimum requirement is 10 days of call per month. Additional days are compensated at approximately $750/day. The other nights, patients are referred by the exchange to the ER.


Compensation Details

  • $475,000 plus $20,000 (Based on Metrics (Citizenship/ Quality/ Billing/ Volume))
  • After 3 years move to productivity bonus based on WRVU (Potential to get before 3 years)
  • Relocation Loan (Comp Signing Bonus) $25,000 – Forgiven with Time Worked
  • 31 Days PTO
  • 5 Days CME (Max is 10 days)
  • $3,500 CME Stipend for first and $2,500 for the next
  • Paid Malpractice
  • Loan Repayment – Upon Board approval and only for candidates that are a max of 10 years post training. Up to $100,000
  • Health/ Dental/ Vision Insurance
  • 403B w/ matching up to 6% of employee investment
  • Moving Stipend (Up to $10,000)
