- Our goal is to find a general surgeon who shares the same philosophy as us in being able to accommodate our patients at home and not transfer them out of the area for their care.
- General bread & butter surgery experience and advanced laparoscopic skills required.
- Minimally invasive skills a plus.
- The hospital has expressed a large amount of flexibility to fit the needs of the new physician. If board-eligible, board certification must be completed within five years of completion of residency for all candidates.
- It is the largest healthcare facility in the far southwest Virginia region.
