We are seeking a full-time Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join our growing, well-established Orthopedics & Sports Medicine practice.
Opening January 2025 – the new musculoskeletal facility with orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry and rehabilitation services, as well as access to primary care, endocrinology/diabetes management, pain management and rheumatology!
Welcome residents, new grads and experienced physicians
Care team model for full practice support
General PM&R with ability to build and scale the practice and specialize
Musculoskeletal/spine evaluation and treatment
EMG/NCS and interventional procedures, medical management, peripheral nerve and joint injections
Spasticity management, prosthetics, ABI, electrodiagnostic evaluations and ultrasound guided procedures
Collaboration with psychiatry, neurology, neurosurgery
Hospitalists available for consults
Primarily outpatient (90%) with inpatient consults (10%)
