Practice Details
- Seeking enthusiastic BC/BE Urologist who has great clinical and interpersonal skills to join our expanding multi-specialty practice day
- Join an established Urology Practice
- 12-16 patients per day
- The minimum requirement is 10 days of call per month. Additional days are compensated at approximately $750/day. The other nights, patients are referred by the exchange to the ER.
Compensation Details
- $475,000 plus $20,000 (Based on Metrics (Citizenship/ Quality/ Billing/ Volume))
- After 3 years move to productivity bonus based on WRVU (Potential to get before 3 years)
- Relocation Loan (Comp Signing Bonus) $25,000 – Forgiven with Time Worked
- 31 Days PTO
- 5 Days CME (Max is 10 days)
- $3,500 CME Stipend for first and $2,500 for the next
- Paid Malpractice
- Loan Repayment – Upon Board approval and only for candidates that are a max of 10 years post training. Up to $100,000
- Health/ Dental/ Vision Insurance
- 403B w/ matching up to 6% of employee investment
- Moving Stipend (Up to $10,000)
