• The Orthopedic Service Line operates under a dyad leadership model

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery – Sports Fellowship
• Prefers 2+ years of experience
• Board Certified within six years post training

Compensation Details

• Base Salary commensurate with years of experience and in line with MGMA compensation guidelines for the Midwest - $600,000.00
• Production bonus based on wRVUs
• Commencement Bonus - $40,000.00
• Relocation stipend - $7,500.00
• Retention Bonus or Loan Repayment - $20,000.00 in years one, two and three
• Housing Stipend (Kankakee County only) - $20,000.00 toward the down payment
• CME – 5 days and $3,500.00 annually
