- Multi-specialty group that consists of 2 FPs, 3 FP-APCs, 1 part-time Pediatrician, 1 Clinical Psychologist and Physician Therapy
- Anticipated weekly work schedule at base location: 8-5 M-F
- Anticipated volume of office patients per day at base location: 15-20
- Call description weekdays and weekends: 1 in 11 weekends
- Certified as HIMSS EMRAM (Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model) Level 7 for both our Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities
