  • Seeking a traditional BE/BC Neurosurgeon to join 2 neurosurgeons in our community.

  • Hospital has a Spine Center which employs one nurse practitioner at this time who sees non-operative patients.

  • Current practice consists of 85% spine and 15% cranial.

  • OR houses an O-Arm and Mazor Robot.

  • Sub-specialty support is available in virtually every field. Lab, x-ray, 3T MRI, and extremity CT are present in the clinic building’s diagnostic center. 

  • Inherit a full practice. 
  • Call 1:3 

  • Current Neurosurgeons perform bread and butter Neurosurgery and respective niches in:
    • Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery
    • Spinal Neurosurgery
    • Brain Tumors
    • Traumatic Brain Injuries
    • Degenerative spine conditions of the neck and spine which require surgery
    • Carpel Tunnel Surgery
    • Cervical spine surgery
    • Cervical deformity
    • Cervical disc replacement
    • Complex spine conditions and surgery
    • Herniated discs,
    • Utilization of artificial discs
    • Arthroplasty
    • General neurosurgery
    • Teaching spine medicine
    • Traumatic brain injury
    • Degenerative spine conditions
    • Cervical deformity
    • Cervical disc replacement
    • Disc replacement
    • Atlantoaxial Instability
    • Wright Technique
  • Existing Spine Clinic with exception process for screening patients for non-op back patients.

Compensation Details

  • Guaranteed Salary:
    • 0-2 years of experience: $900,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus plan.
    • With 3 or More Years of Practice Experience: $970,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus plan
  • Up to $150,000 of school loans forgiven over five years
  • Up to $50,000 sign on bonus, for candidates who do not have school loans, sign on bonus of up to $100,000.
  • Up to a $15,000 relocation package
  • Total Cash Compensation of $940,000 to $1,030,000
  • Benefits: Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD & D insurance, malpractice coverage with tail, 403(b) pension plan plus 457(b) tax-deferral option, employee child care center, four weeks annual paid time off plus one week of CME time with paid time off increasing to six weeks after two years employment, $5,000 annual professional expense allowance, and more.
