  • Seeking (1) BE/BC Neonatologist for expansion of NICU in new Women's & Children's Hospital
  • 24 Bed Level III Nursery, currently expanded to additional 8 beds (total 32 - beds)
  • 14 Ob/Gyns with over 2000 Deliveries Per Year
  • 9 Bed Labor And Delivery Unit
  • 25 Bed Mother/Baby Unit
  • Collaboration with University of Wisconsin American Family Children's Hospital Pediatric Subspecialists
  • Provide clinical and teaching support to University of Illinois Family Medicine Residents during OB rotations
  • Academic appointments available with University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford
  • Level III Nursery's in the state of Illinois must be staffed with a Neonatologist 24/7 as of December 2018. 
  • Flexible schedule.  Work a combination of 16-hour shifts (during the week) and 24-hour shifts on weekends and holidays.  
  • You'll work approximately 160 hours per month.
  • When you're on, you're on call, when you're off, no call.
  • Average census 17-18
