Practice Details
- Interventional Pain Management Physician. Qualified candidates must have completed or currently completing an ACGME accredited fellowship in Pain Medicine
- Prefer physicians who are boarded or board eligible in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine.
- 100% outpatient interventional non-opioid focused, no-call practice. Candidates can expect a fully staffed and equipped new state-of-the-art Ortho-Spine clinic, full access to equipment and procedure suites.
- Additionally, there is a large primary care base and a well-established neuro-spine practice serving as a strong referral base.
- In addition to providing care on an out-patient basis (including new consultations, follow-ups and performance of procedures/injections, successful physicians in the practice are expected to:Interpret and explain imaging and test results
- Demonstrate familiarity and/or proficiency in at minimum the following procedures/injections:
- Epidural steroid injections
- Facet joint injections
- Radiofrequency ablations
- Sacroiliac joint injections
- Peripheral nerve blocks
- Peripheral joint injections
- See an average volume of at least 16 patients/day
- Collaborate with other providers and leadership to uphold the organizational mission and maintain a comprehensive approach to care

Compensation Details
- Three year guaranteed salary of $450,000
- Retention bonus of $20,000 per year
