- Join 3 pediatricians and 1 Nurse Practitioner
- Residents welcome
- Existing patient base
- See 20 to 25 patients per day
- 4 or 5 day work week
- 95 percent outpatient and 5 percent inpatient opportunity, as you will need to see a limited inpatient population along with newborns in the nursery
- C-Section/Delivery coverage ONLY if requested by the OB- VERY MINIMAL
- Enjoy a 1 in 4 call rotation with other employed pediatricians
- EMR- All Script
- Level 3 NICU in Dayton- 35 minutes away

- Located less than 40 miles to Dayton, Ohio and hour and 15 minutes to Columbus, OH
- Some of the physicians live in Troy and Dayton
- Best of both worlds, located far enough to enjoy little to no traffic, low cost of living and excellent school systems, but close enough to enjoy metropolitan areas of Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio
Compensation Details
- Incentive bonus plan based on RVU’s
- Medical/Dental/Vision insurance
- 28 days of PTO
- CME with stipend $6250.00 (taxable income)
- LTD/STD
- 401K retirement plan
- Loan repayment available negotiable piece to compensation package
- Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience
- Sign on bonus and loan repayment both available as part of total compensation package. All terms negotiable.
